1.   This is a deep cleaning service Not an annual service or repair service. Therefore if we discover you need a repair or replacement part during our initial checks we will advise you.

2.   Please ensure the appliance is in a fit working state and assessable for our technician and that it is empty of clothes prior to our visit.

3.   We reserve the right not to carry out a deep clean of the equipment if when we inspect to equipment it is found not suitable for the service (a small callout charge would be applied in this circumstance)

4.   The Price is for one item of appliance
